All our watches are stock direct from authorized dealers or agents, therefore they all carries the dealer's warranty. In addition to this, all watches purchased from Time Galleria Ltd are also under our 1 year warranty from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated. Should the watch require servicing, the watch can be taken to any professional service center for the servicing work. Some clients much dislike the process of dealing with the service center and the extensive waiting. If this is your case, we would be more then happy to follow the servicing of your watch with the service center for you. In general because of the understanding and good rapport we have form with some of the service centers, the servicing is generally completed much quicker.

In line with out professionalism and business ethic, we will allow a watch to be returned only if the watch sold is not the correct model or in the condition as described to the buyer. In such a case, the watch must be returned to us in the condition it was sent with the buyer notifying Time Galleria Ltd of the fault or discrepancy within 3 days of receiving the watch or what we deem as acceptable time.

Recognizing that this is one issue that you can deal without, for all watches purchase from us unless otherwise stated, the cost of shipping and insurance is inclusive in the final price of the watch. The buyer is responsible for the payment of any applicable duties charge by his/her country/state.

We can ship your purchase to any destination in the world. However, for security reasons we reserve the right to exclude shipping to any crisis countries or regions.

Shipping will only proceed upon the completion and clearance of payment. Once payment is receive, we will ship out the package to you via either registered Hong Kong SpeedPost or Fedex. The choice is yours. You may request other forms of private delivery services but this will void our offer for the coverage of shipping and insurance.

In general, delivery time is approximately 4-8 working days for develop regions. However, much is dependent on the speed and efficiency of custom clearance, thus we will take no responsibility for any consequences due to any such delay.

For every item, we can provide you with a copy of the shipping receipt upon your request as acknowledgement of delivery. We will also inform you of the tracking number for the package.
